1. You paste the cart link
Add the group cart share link plus the delivery address and any courier notes. Nothing is charged at this point.
2. We price the live cart
We open the cart, apply your address and read back every item with real pricing — subtotal, taxes, delivery, tip and our service fee, itemised.
3. You approve the exact total
The quote is held for a short window so pricing can't move under you. Adjust the tip and the total re-prices instantly.
4. We place it, then charge you
Your payment is authorised first and only completed once the order is actually confirmed. If the order can't be placed, the hold is released.
5. You track it like your own order
As soon as it's confirmed you get an order reference and the live courier tracking link on your order page.
